انا صحراء هجرها منك الغيم ياسماء
انا حيٌ يا نماء
كيف لي ان اشطب كل مسافات الفناء
كيف لي !اخبريني ؟
ان ذا الهجر عناء
البارحة حلمي رأيته في حقول البسطاء
واقفا كفزاعة حقل تائها كالغرباء
لو انه استمع اليا
لعلمته كيف البكاء
اي رصيف كنتي فيه
اي نثر من رعافي
اي برد كنتي فيه
اي دفىء يالحافي
ما كتبت الدهر شعرا
الا شيء من كفافي
يا ايها الودق الاتي من بعيد
تعال وبللني وصالا
تعال اتعبني التناء
لو تشائين جعلت من المسافات هنيهة
وجعلتي الصوت نوتة وغنيناها سواء
ياودق قصرك في السماء غيم
وبنى لك وميض النجم من ضوءه خباء
يتلألأ في البعيد
كأغاني الغيد كأبتسامة كل وافي
يثيرني اسمك وانا كل العطش
حتى وجودك يثيرني وانا كل التلاشي
وانت لي كل وجودي
واني اعلم لست لي
واعلم اني اتلاشى

I never wrote poetry
