يقول شيخي الفاضل
قافيةٌ حافيهْ
يشوكُها شطرٌ وبيتْ
وشاعرٌ يُخيطُ نَ/ عْلَها تسْتَبِقْ
أعرجٌ في سِراعٍ ينظمونْ
صوتُهُ في جهيرِهِمْ هباءْ
ذُكيَتْ حُنجُرتهُ إثرَ غرغرينةِ بُكاءْ
ولاشيئَ يُذْكَر
إلا أبكمٌ تكرهُهُ النساءْ .
My dear professor says:
Barefoot rhyme
It has two thorns and a house
A poet sews n/ so that it may precede
Lame in a hurry
His voice in their bass is in vain
His throat was raw with the gangrene of crying
And nothing is mentioned
Except for a mute whom women hate.
ويقول
لاشيئَ يُذْكَرُ إلا
جدارٌ سورُهُ من يديْ أعلى
وصوتُ فاتنتي من جِهَتِهِ الأُخرى .
and say
Nothing is mentioned except
A wall whose wall is higher than my hand
And my babe's voice came from the other side.
وقال
وحيٌ يسيرُ بي بينَ ضوئين
وكُفرٌ يَسُدُ آخِرَ النفقِ
لاشيئَ يذكَرُ إلا
وطواطٌ بينَ أضراسِهِ تيهيْ .
And he said
A revelation walks me between two lights
And blasphemy blocks the end of the tunnel
Nothing is mentioned except
A bat between its molars wanders.
