الله يا حلو الصباح الماطر من الفجر للتو
تسيل على وجه النوافذ ذراته التوكاف
كنك كنت في عتمة وتسرب لعينك ضو
وصار كل ما حولك جميل ٍ وشفاف
غنى الحمام الراعبي وعاد الصدى من الجو
وتبلل ريش العصافير وتغسل الصفصاف
كنت اتمنا قربكم وفوق الحلا يحلو
ما بين بسمة مشرقه واريج عبقه طاف
