قلم ٌ يبوح بكاء ٍ يشقي الروح ُ
هزيم يصدح بين الصدر والراحُ
آهات غيم ٍ تجتاحني غرقا ً
وما استطعت لهذا الشوق افصاح ُ
قلبي تعلق بين الشفق والغسق
وبين الثريا والميزان سباح ُ
اهيم في ليل السراة كأنني
مجنون ٌيتبع من في العشق ِ قد ساحُ
احتار قلمك وقد احترتُ في قلبي
يسئلني اين غدو منك او راح ُ
ماذا اقول وقد افرغت من حججي
هل اوهم القلب في البيداء تفاح ُ
فقلت صبرك وان لم تلعق العلقم
لايبرح الوجد يقتلك ياصاح ُ
يا أيها القلب رويدك لا تلوعني
فأنت اصبحت بيد الخود مسباحُ
قد مرك العمر وانتَ ترتجي قمراً
وهذا وجهك فيه النجمَ وضاح ُ
فأنت واياها قد كنتما سقمي
اني نصحتك وما اطعت نصاح ُ
فأنت معدومٌ او انت في العدمُ
تهوى شموس الطبع والنور فضاحُ
اني دعوت رب الكون يلهمها
او حشد الوجد لنبض الرود يجتاحُ
